Scientific Water and Sewerage, Inc. was founded in 1962 as a small utilities company providing water and sewer service to several subdivisions off Gum Branch Road including Lauradale, Cedar Creek, Raintree, Deerfield, and Summersill. We also provide sewer only service to part of Tanglewood (contiguous to Lauradale sewer system) and Maynard Manor. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water and sewer service.

  • What to do: Vigorously boil all water used for human consumption (drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and making ice) for at least 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Bathing: It is generally safe to use tap water for showering and bathing without boiling it.
