Scientific Water and Sewerage, Inc. was founded in 1962 as a small utilities company providing water and sewer service to several subdivisions off Gum Branch Road including Lauradale, Cedar Creek, Raintree, Deerfield, and Summersill. We also provide sewer only service to part of Tanglewood (contiguous to Lauradale sewer system) and Maynard Manor. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water and sewer service.
